Hi, I'm entering my 2nd year of uni and turning 21. I live with my fiance and have done for the past year and a half. Last year I took the minimum non income assessed loan thinking I could get by although it was a really difficult year and I struggled with money. My parents don't give me money and won't as I live away. I noticed that one of the terms were living with a wife, husband or partner.

Would SAAS class me as living with a partner? I can't see any reason why they wouldn't but I'm worried now I've sent my forms away. She's a student too so money is really tight for us and the loans really needed. I sent both our P60s, landlord tenancy forms and a covering letter. Is this enough?
