    AS Chemistry Revision Guide
I am starting AS Chemistry (AQA) in September and I am looking for a revision guide for it. I already have a textbook, and I am buying all my stuff that I will need beforehand, so I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions?

I have seen a CGP complete revision and practise one at WHSmiths, and one by Letts, and a few others. Which is the best?

I'd say CGP is the one to go for, although it does depend on how you like to revise, I know a few people who can't stand any of the CGP revision guides:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/AS-Level-Che...1322599&sr=8-3

I also used these for AS and A2, they're a bit more detailed than the CGP guides:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Student-Supp...1322741&sr=1-6

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Student-Supp...1322872&sr=1-1

Thanks for your help, the last two look a lot more like textbooks than revision guides?

I think they're supposed to accompany the textbook, but they contain all of the content and are quite small, which makes them useful for revision. They also have plenty of tips from the chief examiner.

I personally found http://www.a-levelchemistry.co.uk/ to be better overall than most textbooks. The notes are pretty thorough and easier to understand than the Nelson Thornes official AQA textbook. It also has a good selection of practise questions and past paper questions for each topic. I used it as my main source of revision (including past papers) for both AS and A2.
