How many days can I skip going to the gym and not loose muscle tone?
Basically i've done something to a muscle in my leg and I can't go to the gym. I usually go about 4 times a week and had seen a great improvement in my muscle tone/general fitness. I haven't been now for about a week and I'm starting to get paranoid i'm going to be back to square one at this rate... hopefully i'll be okay by the end of the week and can make up for lost time..

2 weeks off will be fine.
    Just rest and get better
If you really wanted you could do some upper body work

You stated that you cannot go to the gym, by this I take it you mean literally. Therefore if I was you, I would: rest and eat healthy. You will not lose any gains in one or two weeks, it's all in your head.
