Hi everyone,

I have an offer to do the course above at Cranfield, and was just wondering how well known/reputed is it in the world of IB?

Good/decent/poor chance of entering the industry with this degree?

Hey,

i am an ex MSc Finance grad at Cranfield so maybe i could help with your query.

I graduate 2013 since I am currently working on my thesis in the interim. However I start work in the next fortnight so wanted to be of some help to those looking to join this program.

Financial Times has ranked the MSc Finance programme at Cranfield 11th (last year 18th) best programme globally and 3rd best in the UK ahead of Cass and Imperial College. the ranking have been moving in an upward direction constantly and thats always a good sign.

I was personally responsible for founding the Cranfield Investment Society (CIS) and hope that this is something the next batch could further develop. The modules too have been very enriching and the faculty are very approachable.

All in all i think its a great place to study especially if you looking at Finance.

PS: the course overlaps with the CFA Level 1 and 2 and you might want to look to avail the free tutorials held throughout the year and take your CFA exam while here..... the faculty and modules covered will def help
