I've applied at Oscott Gardens, but they said I won't be given a room until they have received my results which won't be until August 23rd.

Has anyone been given a room yet? Or in a similar situation?

Hi! I'll be living in Oscott Gardens, Leasowes House. I'm an international student (from Norway), and a friend of mine who's also from Norway have been given a room as well, we both received our offers last week. But I wouldn't worry, I think it's like that for everyone. We've already got our results/grades, so that's probably why we've been given rooms already. Good luck

I've been given a room as I was doing a Btech and so got my results earlier Bridgeman House

I did a btec and got my results earlier but when i rang them up, they said i have to wait until 16th august! I am sure you will be fine hehe. i also applied for Oscott gardens so if get the accomodation see ya there!

well got my unconditional offer today for my course so hoping it doesn't take too long to get a place for accomodation.. Think I will be ****ed though if not at oscott gardens haha! im useless at the whole catching a bus thing as well as there being additional costs added to that.
