Acer aspire 5742 crystaleye webcam software?
I uninstalled the acer crystaleye webcam software which came with my acer aspire 5742 (assuming I'd easily be able to re-install it) - the actual webcam drivers are still installed and I can use the webcam on skype etc, I'm just looking for the program which allows you to capture images offline via the crystaleye program.

If it helps, the hardware ID's for the camera are given as:
    USB\VID_04F2&PID_B23D&REV_4853&M I_00
    USB\VID_04F2&PID_B23D&MI_00

Is there anywhere I can download the program from?

I also have an Acer Aspire although it's a 5920. My crystaleye software got wiped when I reinstalled the OS and reformatted everything after an accident, was very lucky I had put ubuntu on it because Vista stopped working so I got my stuff back.

Ever since I have been unable to take pictures with my camera

You can get it re-installed from Acer's website, they should have the program available
