Is it possible to apply for finance before your course?So I'm considering applying for a course through clearing but I'm unsure whether or not I'm still eligible for student finance as I failed a two year course this year, so before I do, is it possible to apply for the finance aspect of it first? That way I wont be wasting my application. Cheers.
