What you could buy with the fabulous Maxiraw and Strengthshop prizes!
OK, if you enter the competition and win you will receive £100 from Maxiraw and £30 from Strengthshop (as well as a 3 month subscription to TSR!).
Some people who are entering are probably not familiar with our sponsors so I thought I'd make some suggestions for good things to spend your winnings on, taken from the sponsors' websites.
Spoiler:Show
Maxiraw

Hoodie for training in/keeping warm - £21.99. They also have T-shirts.

Whey protein powder - £39.99 for 2.5kg - great as a snack during the day or post-workout. For both males AND females. Available in chocolate and strawberry flavours.

Water bottle - £3.49. Nice water bottles make training so much easier. I often end up using an old squash bottle, which isn't ideal!

Brand Chain Amino Acids - £28.60 for 100 servings. A really good supplement for muscle recovery.
Strengthshop

Rehband knee sleeves - £29.99 for one. Brilliant quality knee sleeves that will keep your knees warm during training and help prevent knee pain. I have these myself and highly recommend them.

16kg Kettlebell - £29.99. These are available in a range of different weights and materials. Kettlebell training is brilliant for cardio, strength and fat loss and just with just one kettlebell you can do a variety of different exercises in a small area. They are also fantastic for taking with you outside to train in the fresh air.

Foam roller - £14.99. There are brilliant for anybody who does any kind of exercise. Use them to massage yourself to aid recovery and flexibility.
Had to spoiler, as the images were a bit big!
If you win, what will you spend your winnings on?

That Kettlebell is massive!
If I won (which is impossible but nevermind) I would get lots of protein from MaxiRaw - choc orange as its gorgeous, BCAAs and turbo test
Strengthshop - probably another Kettlebell to add to my collection
edit: saying that I have one of these

well recommended
The 'wrist roller' looks like fun too

How many kettlebells do you have and what weights do you use? I'm assuming you use different weights for different exercises? -

I would like to get a 16 purely for high intensity work
32 I just for fun, trying to snatch it for a few reps etc and swings
most exercises done with 20 -
Re: What you could buy with the fabulous Maxiraw and Strengthshop prizes!I'm working up to 100 reps of swings in 3 sets with a 16kg kettlebell. Did it with 12kg already. Don't know what to do after I make 100 with the 16kg one!(Original post by commandant)
