2p - ( p - 2 ) = 3p - 7
could anyone show me how to solve this please?
Okay so firstly expand the brackets on the left side to give you
2p-p+2=3p-7
Which when simplified gives
P+2=3p-7
So -p from both sides
2=2p-7
Then add 7
So 2p=9
Then /2
P=4.5
