Done try using honey. I have bee's and I can't stress improvements from either using honey on the affected area alone or in combination with cream.
Works a treat.

It's a natural antiseptic and it brings the acne to a halt and eventually reduces it, it has took mine all away. Alot os soaps and products advertised these days use honey as a selling point (Lush shops!), but nothing compares to runny honey.

It soothes, cleanses and reduces redness and irritation.

Just rub it in, leave it for a while, then shower it off.
