Small Yorkshire gluten free food business.
I've been thinking for a long time of starting on a very small scale, creating a food business with a Yorkshire countryish theme, and as a byproduct, they are all gluten free.

Becoming gluten free myself I've discovered that its a more popular trend than I first thought. So I don't think that marketing from that aspect will be difficult as this can appeal nationwide. However, do you think marketing specifically as yorkshire products would make things difficult? It would make it popular locally.. but not so elsewhere?

    I'm wanting peoples thoughts.

People buy into all that locally-grown stuff, I think it would sell, Yorkshire is a "popular" county, so I see nothing wrong with the Yorkshire theme. Cornish pasty brands cash in on the Cornish culture and market to the whole country, why can't you?

Thanks everyone I've come up with another way to develop the idea:
    http://www.tipjunkie.com/jar-homemade-gifts/

^ i could do them but in yorkshire gluten free recipes .

Woohoo! I thought everyone was going to say its a stupid idea, but seems to be a good idea
