If it was in a wallet, no.
If I saw someone drop it, I'd give it back.
If it was just lying there, I'd pick it up, wave it in the air and shout "I found it! I found the golden ticket!"
My friend found a ten pound note once in a swimming pool car park next to our school. She took it in to the school reception...
I was like "It's a car park! Anyone could've dropped it! Keep it! Keep it! You don't get brownie points for this!"
Or maybe I just have no morals.
