Hey all

Last week I applied for a job at a Halifax branch as Customer Advisor, and passed the online application and online tests, and found out today i've been 'Invited to a selection event' next week! Eeek

Problem is, i'm not sure what they mean by selection event, whether it will just be a formal interview or group based activities or god knows what!

So any advice/help from people who have been in the same posistion would be greatly appreciated! Especially as, despite having jobs in the past and one right now, i've never actually had an actual job interview, so unsure of what to expect :/
