good halls to choose at MMU cheshire?
ive heard crewe campus is really poor but i want to have accommodation where there is a half decent nightlife and atmosphere, can anyone recommend a good campus that isn't to far away from Cheshire campus?
i want to try and avoid crewe but don't want to have to travel far everyday. -

Booth hall is the newest building with modern facilities, en-suite bathrooms and 24-hour security, while the others are older with less security. Booth hall definitely looks the nicest out of the lot so I'd go with that one, but it is more expensive.
Have a look at the accommodation guide on MMU's website to find out more about the facilities at each of the halls.Last edited by SpicyStrawberry; 08-05-2012 at 15:06. -

Hello you guys!
I've just moved out of Booth Halls... granted the Crewe nightlife is awful at best, but the flat parties in Booth more than make up for it (thats if you keep Peggy quiet
) modern, well maintained, and its around a tenner a week more expensive but you pay that for the luxury of an en suite. When you enrol onto your course, which is the 7th for us that are returning, i dont know when it is for you guys, you will then be given more information on accomodation. You will have to go online, and go through a slideshow of the dos and donts basically. You'll also have to pay a deposit, it was £100 for us, may be a little more expensive for you guys. They say its a deposit, but you won't get it back, as it gets deducted off the third terms bill. It is on this slideshow where youll be given your room number and block and stuff. Theyll then send you information on your moving in date, and time which you book online. Upon arrival (and get there early, its a busy day and its a nightmare parkingwise!) youll sign for your room and youll get your keys and stuff, including your card key to get into the building and Booth Hall itself.
Good luck, I hope you enjoy Booth! Wish i could go back there next year!
