My card keeps getting declined

My card keeps getting declinedMy online banking screen says my balance is £127.69 CR and when I check my balance on ATMs they say the same amount is my 'available account balance'. However, I've tried buying things online, from shops and withdrawing at ATMs but they are all rejecting my card.
I thought CR meant credit (money that belonged to me). Maybe Im wrong - please, if you can - help. Thanks.
