    And in other news:

Daniel Radcliffe seen in London Starbucks alone; Prince William to split with Kate;.....

    *several lines later*

.....Major biological threat on M6 Toll road - death toll expected to be in the dozens...

A number of emergency vehicles are driving away - this was a non-incident.

*Five minutes later, ArthurWinterthurII swears to himself after hearing that a 'large hole' had been blown into the road in the area where the coach had formerly stood...*

Probably in preparation for burying a large flask of coffee.

"[The passengers] were taken to the northbound carriageway where they were made to sit on the road, apart from one another, while surrounded by officers."

Isn't Megabus the one where you book a place on the bus? o.o So most of these people will have nothing to do with it and no clue what is going on... unless I'm mistaken. Poor them.

And it looks like it's all over.

    Well that was an anti-climax.

I believe terrorists can also book places on a bus; by Jove, even on aeroplanes.

Yes, the owner of the coffee, or someone sitting next to him, could have suffered minor scalds if he had poured it just as the bus went over a bump.
Dammit man, this is serious. What if some of that coffee splased onto someones lips? They may not be able to sleep for an extra 30 minutes or so!

Well, it wasn't coffee (as I speculated) but was something equally innocuous - "a health improvement aid for smokers".

    repped.

I want to cry - the top comments on the DM article are excruciating dumb and mis-informed.
