What do employers look for when viewing your C.V?

    Work experience, relevant skills, qualifications, good references, confident personal profile which can be backed up by the aforementioned sections.

    That should be about it, bar any extra curricular stuff you want to include. If you aren't getting replies I would advise volunteering to improve the work experience section...

    Evidence of relevant skills. Pretty much nothing more or less than that. They are looking for a CV that is easy to read, clear, direct and gives evidence of having the skills to do the job they are offering.
