    If you are untrained in the art of smelly blue cheeses, Roquefort is an awful lot like Stilton.

    Haha! So am I unlikely to like it if I don't go much for smelly cheese?

    It's not quite a strong. Four cheese pizza should have a blue cheese as one of the four. They often use roquefort because it is slightly less strong than others, such as Stilton. it's worth a try, but try a small sample rather than get a large block of it.

    Certain cheeses incorporate the use of animal rennet, which essentially makes it non vegetarian. Parmesan is one fo these such cheeses.

    So I can't eat Parmesan for that reason.

    I'm not that much, I used to have it occasionally when I wasn't a vegetarian and I only used it (if ever) as a condiment for spagbol or pasta dishes.

    I'm more annoyed I'm the only Jarlsberg lover. Maybe my future partner will be a jarlsberger :moon:
