Dissertation on the affect of personality type of a temporary employee...
Hello everyone!
I am a Psychology student at the University of Westminster, London, England, and am conducting a research study into how personality types of temporary employees (those with no permanent contract) affect their organisational commitment and perceived occupational stress level. I would be grateful if you could spare some minutes to fill out the online questionnaire below. It should take less than 15min to complete.
I know we are all very busy but we also sometimes rely on the charity of others to accomplish our work. Just by providing your opinion you can help me accomplish my work and maybe aid to change the recruitment process of temporary employees into a more beneficial one for temporary employees and businesses. Please find the questionnaire below.

This is a very interesting study and I believe while answering the questions you might learn more about your personal preferences and the nature, disadvantages and advantages of temporary employment. Thank you for any help. -

I'm not employed, sorry. But can you still check out my survey?

Re: Dissertation on the affect of personality type of a temporary employee...
Hello Cyfer, I hope you are well. I believe 'affect' is used when an outcome is not certain and 'effect' is used when something is certain to cause something else. I am not certain that there is a difference in personality types which causes different organisatinal commitment and stress scores. So, I will have to use 'affect'. If I am wrong, please be kind enough to explain why so I can correct it. Thanks.

I am sorry it does not make sense to you.(Original post by Piko_Piko)
Even apart from effect/affect, the question doesn't make sense. Is that the entire sentence?
