So I received my email from UNITE with my tenancy agreement for Marketgate and all that jazz, but I'm a bit confused about the £250 deposit. Apparently this is paid for over the phone. When I rang them on 0800 703 4213 there was an option if you dialed "2" to make payments over the phone. Is this where I would carry out my deposit payment? Also, does the deposit need to come from my bank account?
