Job Centre asking for course end date confirmation that I don't have...
Basically I signed up for jobseekers allowance and they asked for a letter stating the date of which my course finished.. which I don't have. I mean we know when our course ends.. we don't need a letter telling us that. The people at the job center don't seem to understand this. I've shown them the acceptance letter with the start date and the fact that it's a 3 year course but apparently they think I could still be on the course... Massive eye roll aside, what can I do here? I've shown them my letter about graduation but it's 'not what they need'.. because they seem to think I can somehow still be studying even when I've graduated... Anyone else had this problem, and what did you do about it?

Just find an official document from your uni that has your course dates on it. That should do. If not, just ask your tutor to write a letter for you and have them print it on uni paper.

You may not need a letter to know when your course ends, but Jobcentres do since they need proof to ensure your claim is valid.

Ask for a letter from your universities' Student Enquiries/Administration office. They'll have been asked to produce them before.

Go to your student registry office.

If you have deferred work for July then you wont get JSA for another 3 weeks.
If you have finished and passed your degree, shouldn't be a problem.
