I don't know which way to take this. Most girls usually use 'cute' or 'handsome' for attractive guys, does it mean that she thinks I look feminine?

I know the word is associated with feminine beauty so I found it kinda offensive.

No! Havn't you heard of the phrase "pretty boy"? Meaning that you have a nice face that girls will find attractive.Thats what she would have meant. Take it as compliment.

I know, did she say 'pretty boy?' Got called that once or twice by girls, I spend like 30 secs on my hair, makes no sense, think its just your features

Meh, I used to call my boyfriend "pretty" and "beautiful" all the time, sometimes just to wind him up but if you think about it...apart from 'handsome' there isn't really another word to describe an attractive man without making it sexual (eg, hot, fit...). It was probably a compliment, you have a nice face i'm guessing.

I don't find those kind of guys sexually attractive I prefer less fussy men but a lot of girls are into the pretty boy look.

When i say "pretty boy2 it's usually towards the generic - every-girl-will-fancy-you-because-of-your-looks sorta guy.

sorta like Ryan Reynolds, or Brad Pitt...

I'm rarely attracted to these sorta looking people, but if i described someone as a pretty boy it is in no means meant offensively.

see, thats what suprised me when I have been called it, I'm a low maintanence guy and spend about 30 seconds on my hair. Think its also to do with your general features like I have quite long eyelashes and full lips etc. which are pretty feminine,haha
