    Music Lessons
I know music lessons are notoriously hard to get at any university, but is there anyone who has music lessons while at Cambridge? Also, is there any way of getting lessons through the university itself?

    Thanks

Hi, I don't think you can get them through the university itself but it's worth asking the music fellows/ students at your college when you get there whether they can recommend anyone. You may also be able to apply for some kind of instrumental award to help pay for lessons.
I had singing lessons this year - I asked my chapel choir director whether he could recommend anyone as I wasn't on a choral scholarship. What I would say, not being a music student, is that you really have to make time to practise as Cambridge is so hectic.

    Good luck
