Glass of water, then a 10mile run, followed by the biggest bowl of cereal (mixture of cookie crisp, wheetos, cheerios, bitesize choc chip weetabix, coco pops, and frosties) you've ever seen and a large cup of tea or four.
A big portion of porridge made with lots of whole milk and chopped dried (softened) apricots, 2 slices of brown toast with scrambled eggs, a low fat (only because they are strangely lower in sugar also) Actimel type drink and either breakfast tea or peppermint tea.
That's been my routine for a few months now and I can't do without it now. Even if I have to go to work early (3am early), I will have breakfast when I get home in the afternoon!
Definitely tea, normally with cereal but occasionally a croissant (or two ) instead.
during the weekend i go all out on breakfast: french toast, bacon and onion sandwich, sausages, pain au chocolat, nutella on toast or leftover chinese! i dont often have cereal on the weekends
firstly i'll have a nice cup of coffee, then if i'm not feeling too hungry a slice of toast, otherwise a fried egg sandwhich, scrambled egg/beans on toast or a cinnamon and raisin bagel. i like to think i eat pretty well!
