Re: Primark Job Interview - Please HelpLol, i'm getting SICK of job hunting. Iv applied to over 600 jobs in the previous month and a half, had 18 interviews and today got offered my first two jobs! One is for a social carer, 8 hours a week and the other is a school cleaner two hours a day. 18 hours a week at £6ph really isnt enough for bills and savings(Original post by G_S)
no deadline is the 5th I think ...
Not even £450 a month and I am meant to be helping my parents out too! -
Re: Primark Job Interview - Please HelpI understand you. I have been job hunting since last year!! No replies until now!(Original post by sanaindaclub)

its been almost 28 days for me, no news is good news to a certain extent, no such thing as a hold in my books, its just another way of saying rejection but can apply to other stores without interview -
Re: Primark Job Interview - Please HelpTotally agree with you, I really don't want to be put on hold. It was so hard just trying to find a job that's suitable for me, also im young so not many employers would want to employ me as they think teenagers aren't responsible enough.(Original post by miss_fashionista)

It sucks because I'm actually really mature for my age. -
Re: Primark Job Interview - Please HelpHow do you know whether it is east or west?(Original post by ramin99)
I gott offer to work at east was wondering after my induction, do we work at the west store until the east store opens. My induction is on the 12th, also does anyone know what will hapen on the day. -
Re: Primark Job Interview - Please HelpI understand you. I wouldn't have wanted a hold either.(Original post by miss_fashionista)

Re: Primark Job Interview - Please HelpI don't see the point of having a "hold" outcome. It should be either "accept" or "reject". "Hold" means that you're on a waiting list if someone who has been offered a position declines, which is very unlikely.(Original post by miss_fashionista)

I'm annoyed because people were getting offer replies after 1 week yet people like me have been waiting over 3 weeks! I have other interviews coming up but it puts me in an awkward position since without a firm offer of employment I really have to keep my options open and perform well during assessments and interviews which is quite stressful.
Really frustrating!! -
Re: Primark Job Interview - Please Helpi dont know anyone who applied for our hours that has had an email(Original post by shane1989)
