The coast guards are hardly going to fly down and detain you if you do.

I think you would look out of place if you had a t-shirt on. The best thing you can do now is try cutting out junk food, replace with smaller portion meals and have your five-a-day. And hit the gym, do something called interval training (1 minute run on the treadmil at 60% of your maximum heart rate, then 1 minute at 80% your max heart rate...repeat this cycle until you've done about 20 minutes). Please awaite for some better advice however because I'm a total novice myself

Won't happen? Why do you want to take your top off, girls?

Girls don't care about abs lol it's a bonus, if you're funny you're sorted.

You're not going to meet any of the people who see you with your top off again, may as well just whip it off lol. Probs doesn't look as bad as you think it does anyway.

Girls really don't care at all. I always find that boys are way more critical of both girls and boys bodies than girls are of either sex.

When you're on holiday being funny and up for a laugh with new people is what makes you attractive to a girl.

I think you should do what you want and have fun! No one should be so shallow to judge, go have fun in the water, catch a tan and relax, and remember, you wont see the holiday makers again

Do it! If people don't want to see someone who is overweight go swimming, they can leave. It's your holiday and you deserve to have fun no matter what you look like! (plus, swimming burns lots of calories, so by swimming you are doing something about it!)

Then again, girls care way more about money. So both sexes equally as shallow, just that lads admit it.

Have fun, but try to get in shape for your next holiday so you won't be in this position.

What does it matter? It's all BS whether the photo is shopped or not

    Sit on them!

Serious though, you shouldn't care what people think of you, the only persons judgement that you should trust is your own. If you feel comfortable with your top off then whip it off, if you prefer jumping into the sea with a t-shirt on then that's fine too. You're on holiday, skinny dip if you want!

a chubby guy too embarassed to take his shirt off to swim is going to send worse signals to most women (I assume that's what you're worried about) than a fat guy who is confident enough to not give a **** whether he's got enough cotton covering him.

yes, there are girls who like sixpacks, but that doesn't stop those of us who lack them from getting any female attention
