The Original Prince of Persia 1989
I'm not into the new versions of Prince of Persia, but am I the only one to still be playing the original game from 1989? I love that game so much, I think it is a wonderful combination of a decent-ish storyline, level progression and all done in a limited time frame. I'm addicted to Elder Scrolls games, but while in ES you have practically all the time you ever wanted, in PoP you need to do it all in an hour. I never succeeded, but I'm still trying!

Anyone else still desperately trying to bring the story to a close? Or has someone actually completed it? (Or am I just really, really slow?) Did you like it?? -

Quality game, the original 1989 one, lots of good memories playing it on my old Amiga, my dad completed it once, it's ridiculous to actually do though with the time frame, so I wish you godspeed. You more or less can't stop running or make a single mistake, to some degree

I know! My dad got pretty far... But never completed it. Compliments and respect for your father.
You practically need to remember every single turn and room by heart if you wanna complete the game without mistakes. Takes a few years to get to that level but I have time...
Great to know that I'm not the only one struggling after all this time -
Re: The Original Prince of Persia 1989
It was a very difficult game. It even made Another World look easy. But Amiga games (I know that it was multiformat but that was nearly always the best version) are definitely worth playing even now.
I would play:
Superfrog
Rick Dangerous 2
Pinball Dreams / Fantasies
Lemmings
Cannon Fodder
Fire and ice
Zool
North and South
and two tough games by the Bitmap Brothers:
Magic Pockets
Gods -
