Online survey for trainee medical and healthcare professionals
I am carrying out a short online survey which will look at better communication between a family doctor (GP) and Deaf patients with sign language including Irish sign language interpreters. In particular, Internet and apps on a smartphone, that is iPhone or Android. I would really appreciate it if you could take a few moments to fill it out at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/9HWYQS3

It will only take a few minutes and all responses are anonymous.

    Your help is greatly appreciated.

Done.. Could you do mine also?

If you're a member of Nikon, Canon, Starbucks, or Coca Cola online communities (follow their twitter, like their fanpage, or join forums on their websites) and have participated during this month, I would really appreciate it if you could take this quick survey in

It will take no more than 10 minutes and there's a bonus! I'm offering 5 prizes of $25 Amazon Vouchers. Thank you!

    Regards,

    Adilina Setiawan
