    Would anyone else consider this?
    Hi all

I'm desperately needing a new job and I have an opportunity to get a job and it may mean working on Saturday nights. Bit of a problem as I haven't yet passed my test.

I'm from Derbyshire and the job is in Manchester, to get back I'd have wait until 5 to get a train (shift would finish at 4) and almost then two hours for a bus at Manchester Airport interchange. Am I crazy to be even considering it or would anyone consider the same thing, I really want to be working that's all.

    Cheers

    Tom

if you cant get anything else then go for it, i was working part time in a store a couple of years ago that was in herfordshire, it took 2 hours getting there and back and after all my expenses i was only making about £40 a week for 16 hours work, I did it though because I could not find anything else

3 hour commute? No way! Or are you saying this is only 1 day a week? What's the commute like the other days?

5am!? That's insane! But it would show dedication and in this job market having something like that on your CV would stand out to future employers so if you reckon you can cope then I say go for it!
