    Frank Ocean - Channel Orange
Frank Ocean very recently announced he would make Channel Orange available on iTunes as soon as his Jimmy Fallon performance was done (it happened last night).

And then he made it available to stream from his blog!

One of the best albums I've listened to in AGES! I love this genre, it's so unique.

dissapointed in this tbh it's not bad but it's not as good as I expected

It's just to boring there are a few good songs on it but i prefer Nostalgia, Ultra to this as the beats are better on it.

I think Ocean has a tendency to start singing something that you think will sound like a really good melody but it never goes as you expect it to in your head. This is why I love him (he just sings whatever hook he likes, he's the writer) and also why I slightly agree with this post - a lot of the songs on this album are like this and it is a little frustrating! It's an innate human attribute to want something catchy to listen to.

Nostalgia, ULTRA is one of my favourite albums of all time, but I don't think Channel Orange will overtake it in my mind!

Personally my favourite songs on the album so far are Pyramids, Super Rich Kids and Lost

overall i would give this album an 8/10
its definitely something new for the R&B genre which usually all sounds the same.

Well-formed constructive criticism, the music press could do with someone like you.
