Hi, This is Anne from China. Now I am applying the module course from OU and I had problems with the payment. I tried to pay through VISA (China Construction Bank), but whenever I full in all the information, a popup window showed to require a code imediately recieved by my mobilephone from the BANK, I fill in the code, the code is right and then I was returned to the page with OU payment page with a red line "There was a problem interpreting the Verified by Visa response"...... the payment then failed. I tried to contact the bank many times, but they have no idea what's wrong with this.

Did you guys meet the same problem before? How do you deal with it, and how do you make the payment when you are in China?

Is phoning them an option? I once paid for a course over the phone, giving my card details, and I didn't need any extra passcodes of anything.

There's probably some security system getting in the way. As lifemagic says, I'd pay over the phone.
