Are you guys serious ? That explains a few things ....
Yes. If I do it a lot, it saps motivation, ambition and general self-confidence. Try staying away for a week or two.

Sleep at a set time and sleep for at least 8 hours, try this and see if it works. I usually get tired and lazy in the morning if i sleep for less than 7 hours.

As for motivation, what are your goals? Try and imagine how bad it would be if you didn't reach them. I'm training for a sport and i usually imagine that i'm the slowest person on the team ( where i started off infact) and this just gives me the boost to train. Got a cold recently and i'm itching to get back to sprinting/gyming, so don't give me that unmotivated to train ****.

By that logic wouldn't people who have a lot of sex be unmotivated, unambitious etc.?

Sportsmen don't do any of that before competition. It's known to decrease performance -- I don't know if scientifically but in practice.

Having a training partner helps keep you motivated cus you dont want to let them down by not turning up.
Essentialy self motivation even when your tired, I work a 12 hour night shift finish at 8am and go to the gym for an hour before I go to bed

If your tired all the time over quite a length of time (more than a month) then you could have a very serious medical problem. This is assuming you have already ruled out poor diet and sleeping and excersise issues. You should see a doctor just in case you die.

to feel motivated towards somebody one must have some kinda reward in mind. when its time for gym, think of a smart and athletic body u will be able to achieve by virtue of gym. produce some motivation from within
