Retail is an ever changing environment. As a Sales Adviser, what may cause your priorities to change and how would you react?

Well, think about a day working in Debenhams. What things could happen that means you need to do something else, and what would you do?
You might have an earthquake. Obviously you would then have to help evacuate the building and get to safety.
Could even be something minor, like a phone ringing means you need to answer it.
