    what weight should I use?
I have dumbells/weights which are 10kg each. They are just about ok for bicep curls, but when I low on the floor and push them up (sorry, dnt know names) I can do 12 easily for the first 2 reps and the third is a slight push. Should I get heavier weights do you think?

Has anyone ever been so far as decided to use even go want to do look more like?
Thanks for that input, that was almost funny about 3 years ago. Also, Arcanine's stats suck, and the only decent move he gets is extremespeed.

Just wanna interject and say that I think Arcanine is a great pokemon. its got a base stat of 55. Hell I wanted that as my username but since he took it I went for the next majestic looking four legged pokemon I could think of other than Ninetales (decided against Ninetales because its most often a female).

They usually suggest that you should do about 8 reps, and the weight should be such that the 8th rep is just about doable. I'm not sure about sets, it varies. Some suggest 3 sets, with about 30 seconds in between. Personally I do a 30 second gap, then 45 then 60 seconds. But you don't want to let your muscles get too cold... If you're on a run, keep up the pace!

So if you can 12 reps, it's too light. The next step up would be something like 12.5kg or 15kg. Just keep building it up.

Either join a gym or invest money for a home gym if you're looking for decent results
