    Biological/Chemical Riddle?
    Does anyone have any clue as to what this question is asking?

    What is the cheapest way to remove cellulose from green matter?

    Eat it, you can't digest cellulose, thus will excrete it as waste? `removing` it from the matter to an extent, but loosing most other things

    Just a random guess

    Cook it.
    Cellulose is present in the cell wall in plant cells e.g. Potatoes. Cooking breaks down the cellulose, thus removing it. This is why it's preferred to eat potatoes cooked because the human digestion system can't digest cellulose
