Survey help needed... I will fill up surveys in return
    Hi everyone

For my dissertation, I am investigating Scottish Tourism and finding out what does and doesn't attract people to visit Scotland as a tourist destination. I would greatly appreciate it if you could take 10-15 minutes of your time to fill out the questionnaire available at the following link:

    https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ZPZMPR9

Please get it back to me ASAP. Hope you are all well and enjoying your summer break.

    Many thanks,

P.S I will complete any questionnaires in return for you completing my questionnaire
P.P.S There is now a £20 prize voucher to Amazon as a prize

Your questionnaire assumes we are currently visiting Scotland. I'm happy to answer it (obviously I'm a resident, but I've taken also been a tourist here) but how would you like me to answer questions 5 and 12 to 14?

EDIT: so sentence actually makes sense :o:

Please can you answer as both a resident and a tourist at the same time or take the questionnaire twice- thanks very much

Just answer it as though you are not visiting Scotland- its meant to be for visitors and non visitors to Scotland

How can I answer the questions:

    - "Is this your first visit to Scotland?"
    - "You would return to Scotland as a destination in the future"
    - "what would encourage you return to Scotland as a destination?"
    - "Did Scotland fulfil what you were hoping for as a holiday destination when you first thought about coming here?"
    - "How did you travel to Scotland?"
    - "Are you travelling alone?"
    - "For what reason are you visiting Scotland today?"

    if I haven't visited Scotland?

You may want to rethink some questions, since 3 people (inc. myself) have got confused. Even for Scottish residents, I would say a couple of them aren't great e.g. "How did you travel to Scotland?". Out of curiosity, are you planning on handling tourist and resident data separately? Since you asked someone to fill in the questionnaire twice times.

Not all the questions will be relevant to everyone and you dont have to answer all the questions

Just to clarify- the only REALLY ESSENTIAL questions are the last two long response questions and so those are the most important ones to answer

Hi! I'm really happy to study swap my survey is an online study and I'm looking for people who drink alcoholic drinks- it doesn't matter how much! There’s a £50 prize draw too! Here’s the link to my study: https://www.lifesci.sussex.ac.uk/res...ecg1/index.php

    I'll do yours now :-)

Also - I have created a website where you can post your study details and do lots of study swaps to get more participants - there's no advertising, membership, fees or sales - just lots of students waiting to participate in your study :-) Here is the link, I’d love you to post your study details on the site too: http://www.participantexchange.co.uk/ Good luck with your research, Let me know if you want to study swap here or at eg215@sussex.ac.uk, Emily :-)
