Hey
I'm 16, 5'7" (round about) and have a healthy BMI. However, lately with exams I've found myself not doing exercise and eating more randomly because I was always revising, but not summers here I want to shift abit of this stomach fat I've obtained and abit on the hips (slight muffin top :/ )..any advice? I try to go for a 20 minute run every other day and am trying to eat healthier, but Im moving schools for the beginning of September so want to make a positive start towards that..
