****URGENT****Large Double Room Available - Lincoln
    Hi,

I'm going to be a first year student at the University of Lincoln, studying Ba (Hons) Journalism. After Studying Fashion and Textiles in the past year. I am such a lovely person to be around, although a bit of a neat freak..

It's a 2 double bedroom flat, the rooms are large enough for a king size bed in each. The whole block of flats is brand spanking new!!! All are student letting, so it'll be like a mini private hall as such, but with your own flat. The floor length windows in the living/kitchen area are amazing! Everything is brand new!!

You will be sharing with myself only, so a female would be preferred. There is a little bit of paper work to sign, and these are going quick! I have one of the last 3. They're THAT GOOD! At only £95 per week, all inclusive. Including kitchen wear, wardrobes and bed (although you can bring your own). The dining table and some kitchen wear is my own, so I would expect you to respect that.

Contact me ASAP if you're at all interested please.

It'll be my pleasure to meet, and live with, a great new friend
