Who do you think will be the top performers in the Barclays' Premier League this 2012/13 season? Will there be any players where this is their breakthrough term and they really shine?

+ if you are competing in a fantasy league this season, whether it be on the official premierleague site or the telegraph or somewhere else, who's going to be in your lineup?

I'm competing in one via. work so looking for some ideas as to who I could have in my side but not too expensive preferably,

I'd imagine the usual suspects - Man Utd and Man City will be ahead of the competition so players like Vidic/Evra and then Valencia/Rooney or Kompany/Hart and then Silva/Aguero

Henderson, Adam, Downing all to improve for Liverpool I hope. Think Borini will be alright too.

Think Kagawa will be good for United.

Will Welbeck even start for United though? If Kagawa and Rooney start the season on fire he'll be on the bench most of the time.

Well it was Aguero's first season in the league...

Also think Nasri is going to have a good year now he'll have a full pre-season behind him at his new club.

Aguero will be top scorer - I could bet £100 on it, in fact I've already got a £50 stake on it!

Can't say anything about anyone - obviously excited about Kagawa, think he'll do well. Vidic and Kompany will be the best defenders in the league if they both remain fit.

James McClean, Papiss Cissé, Nikica Jelavic & Gylfi Sigurdsson. All of them had good half seasons, now it's time to see their work in a full season.

Sigurdsson will be good if he gets regular games. He's the sort of players that will score heavily in Fantasy football aswell.

Oxlade-Chamberlain is the safest bet for an emerging player.

Personally don't see why everybody seems to think Aguero is nailed on for the Golden Boot? Anybody care to give me a reasonable explanation as to why they're so confident?
