    Ah right. I've done 18-30 but never a proper clubbing holiday. Think I'd go for a 3 on/1 off/3 on strategy myself.

    Going for 100kg bench tomorrow which will put me 5kg off my PB.

    Bench was easy, could have done more but sticking to the program. Big deadlift tomorrow!

    Okay so got a bit carried away the last week or so and worked up to actual 1RM's rather than training 1RM's. Going to dial it back a bit and stick to the routine as prescribed so will be no PB's for a while.

    I can't actually see 105kgx3 bench anywhere on my old blog so may have been making that up. 100kg3 appears to be my PB so 102.5kg was a 1RM PB!

    84.8kg clothed after gym with a lot of fluid and a bit of food in me. Around 83.5kg in the morning but not arsed about weight. Seem to be heading in the right direction though and no visible muscle loss, definite fat loss and pants are looser. Going to drop creatine in a week to drop some water before I head off to Ibiza.

    Probs do relatively low carb high fat IF most days while I'm out there as j tend to not eat much on holiday anyway. Just going to enjoy myself.

    Also have done an 18/6 fast today fairly easily. May switch to that when loss. Only issue is work and timing on lifting days and fitting cals in. Think I'm def going to switch to 18/6 on non lifting days though as no issues stopping me there.

    Hard today. Tried fasted training. Too much of a gap, def need one meal in before the gym.

    Def leaner than I've been in a while. Veins popping rested.

    Calves starting to separate, top abs almost fully out rested. Not really been strict up to now but this is motivating me to step it up a gear.

    Was that whey powder you used?

    What was the ratio you used (powder: yogurt)?

    I tried 20g of casein with ~220g quark. Came out a really thick but tasted exactly like strawberry fromage frais.

    Running Lyle's Rapid Fat Loss for a week to drop that last bit, two days in not too bad so far. Will have a moderate carb up the day before hol and one big last sesh. As long as I'm still hitting targets I don't care.

    One and a half scoops of whey, 100ml milk for half a tub. 250g yoghurt works out about 65g protein, 15g carbs and no fat. Tastes lovely too. Add the milk after the whey is mixed in.

    Milk's the secret to de thickening it.
