I have been using this strategy to lose weight. I found I got used to it pretty quickly and as long as I don't have the first pint - I don't really miss the second, third, fourth... etc.
I suppose it is easy for me because I am more of a pub man than a bar/club type of fella. I would only really go to the latter for a few jars anyway so I guess that would be a test for me. -

Going for 100kg bench tomorrow which will put me 5kg off my PB. -

84.8kg clothed after gym with a lot of fluid and a bit of food in me. Around 83.5kg in the morning but not arsed about weight. Seem to be heading in the right direction though and no visible muscle loss, definite fat loss and pants are looser. Going to drop creatine in a week to drop some water before I head off to Ibiza.
Probs do relatively low carb high fat IF most days while I'm out there as j tend to not eat much on holiday anyway. Just going to enjoy myself. -

Was that whey powder you used?
What was the ratio you used (powder: yogurt)?
I tried 20g of casein with ~220g quark. Came out a really thick but tasted exactly like strawberry fromage frais. -

Running Lyle's Rapid Fat Loss for a week to drop that last bit, two days in not too bad so far. Will have a moderate carb up the day before hol and one big last sesh. As long as I'm still hitting targets I don't care. -
