most embaressing day of my lifeToday for me was so embarressing. I had been nervous for doing hurdles at sports day for weeks and today was the day. I bet you can guess what happened...
I was in first place but then tripped over the hurdle and fell flat on my face. In front of the whole school. It hurt so bad and if it wasn't for that fall I could have won.
Now I am just pigging out on ice cream for comfort! -

Time is the best healer. Anyway the attention will soon be off you when somebody else does something embarrassing...

They feel awful at the time, and for a long while after sometimes you get that embarrassed feeling every time you think about it! Plus, at Sports Day last year, my friend fell over too! And she was just running 200m, no hurdles! (She hadn't eaten and got dizzy, but no one else knew that!) Although I remember, that's only because she's a close friend, but it's never mentioned and I doubt anyone else remembers! -
