Stephan's Transformation Blog
Stephan's Centre of Hopeful Transformation
Hello everyone and welcome to my blog.
I figured it's time that I took a moment to create this blog now, so that I can begin recording what will hopefully be a successful journey to increasing my body strength.
Here's a link to my starting pictures:
http://www.thestudentroom.co.uk/show...8#post38478588
My starting stats:
Age: 23
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 57kg, 125lbs, 8st 13lbs
BMI: 19.0
Arms: 10 inches
Waist: 29 inches
Body Fat: 12.54%
Aims: To generally build myself up a bit.
Update 1 - 9th July - 12th July
So far this week I've had two quick morning jogs (about 20 mins each). I've also had my two journeys to college this week, which are about a 6 mile walk each way.
I haven't yet decided on a proper exercise schedule, but I'm planning on drawing one up either tonight or tomorrow. I'll post that here once it's done. I wish everyone else who is participating the very best of luck too.

Re: Stephan's Transformation BlogThank you.(Original post by Becca)
Good luck!
My exercise has gone pretty well this week. I've started off quite slowly with 10-15 minutes of alternating between front planks and press ups 2 or 3 times a day. I've gone out jogging three times this week, just under two miles each time.
From next week I'll probably start doing some weight training as well as upping my other exercises.
One positive from this week is that I've started eating breakfast regularly again. For the last few weeks those breakfast bars have been on offer, so I'd gotten kind of hooked on them. Nothing wrong with them of course, but it's nice to once again be sitting down and eating a bowl of Weetabix or Frosties in the morning.

Just be careful with those breakfast bars/cereals. They have a LOT of added sugar, especially frosties! Have you thought about changing it up a bit and trying some porridge or fruit and greek yoghurt? Both would be much better options nutritionally than frosties

Re: Stephan's Transformation BlogThank you for this advice. I love porridge so I went to buy some this afternoon along with Shredded wheat. Will definitely have to give Greek yoghurt a try too. Cereal bars are a thing of the past now; far too expensive when they're not on offer imo.(Original post by Becca)

Re: Stephan's Transformation Blog
The hot weather has been putting me off too much exercise this week. I did go out for a pretty long jog early this morning, before the sun kicked it into high gear. About 3 miles in total.
I'm on holiday next week, and if my last few are anything to go by their will be quite a few football matches involved.
