I am British and have lived most of my life in the UK. However I took my A-levels abroad because my parents were working outside the country. I have also come back every summer and sometimes Christmas during the holidays.

Am I entitled to getting any support from the DSA? I have severe dyslexia and ADD.

The only reason I am concerned is because the form inquired to my residence 3 years prior to Uni. I have only been in the UK 1 year prior to university and I am considered a home student by my Uni.

If you can get funded by student finance then you should be able to get DSA, but yes a requirement is normally resident in the UK for 3 years.

NJones is right. Basically, if you have UK citizenship, you're entitled to DSA. Perhaps even less than full citizenship, but I'm not sure about that stuff
