Couldn't see a thread just for this, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong!

So, people getting remarks - update when you send off for them and when you get them, and how you do! It would be nice to have a rough idea of how long it all takes.

I sent off for mine yesterday and will let you know when I hear back.

My school sent off everyones biology for remarks. I got moderated in my CW from 41 down to 29, and therefore got a 5 instead of a 7... Got sent of on the 12th July, will keep you posted

I want my school to sent my Histroy HL off for remarking because I am 5 points (not percent) away from a 7, but I don't know what they will decide in the end.
I really hope that they will agree though.
I will keep you updated how mine goes and wish you all the best of luck (and of IB examiners remarking your papers ).

Exactly the same! Just ours was "only" 8 marks...... 40 to 32 for me....absolutely ridiculous. It's virtually half a grade boundary gone just through CW!?!

Bio went up 7 marks to a 7, only needed 2 or 3 Heard on Friday. Loads of people in my school got them today/ end of last week- hope not too long for you now

I got mine today too. My Philosophy 5 went up to a 6 so overall my 43 is now a 44.

Don't think I'm being arrogant please, my offer was 666 and I had got 775 so I only did it for that

Hey, how did you find out how many marks your papers went up by? I asked my IBC and he told me that the IB hadn't given him any information about how many extra marks I gained.

I'm not sure how he found out but he did say that the IB emailed him saying that there was an increase in my grade and then told me the new paper marks

But you know the original component sheet which gives each of the raw, moderated and scaled marks the college gives you? That changes after a remark so if you got that the first time (or didnt) then your IBC just needs to login into that (wherever that is, and they all can!) and print it for you again- you should see how your papers changed

I indeed have to admit that I am very very jealous of your results, hahaha.

May I ask when did u ask for the remark? I sent mine in on the 17th last month for Economics and Psychology, and still haven't heard back ever since.

I got my results on results day but waited till I got the breakdown to see how far off a 6 I was my breakdown came through on the Saturday and I was 3% off a 6/5 marks out of 180 for all the papers and IA included. I requested my schools IB coordinator to ask for a remark on the Sunday and I believe he did it ASAP

My daughter sent off 4 papers to be remarked a couple of days after the result day. Just got an email from her IBC to say that she got all 4 points! She is ecstatic !

Excellent news for her, well done Most people I know have gone up grades which is excellent, and by quite a lot as well worrying though that so different from first time round, making me doubt my other subjects!

Just got my remark results back today, and unfortunately, both subjects grades (Psychology and Economics) stayed the same. So for now, all I can do is to pray for the uni to accept me for the grades I've got. Sad life. *face palm*

how long does it takes? I send last week, next week is A Level, I have to make sure if i am in the clearing or not. all depend on remark
