First loan installment

First loan installmentJust got my letter through from student finance england which details everything that I will receive in my first year. I start uni on the 22nd of September but it says the first installment of my loan won't be paid to me until the 17/10/12?
How am I supposed to live until then?
EDIT: Just called student finance who confirmed my suspicions that I am an idiot. My first installment comes through on the 24th. It's all good.Last edited by carl_senior; 13-07-2012 at 15:10.
