Edexcel Physics was a major flop. Also C4 in I made some silly mistakes, preparing for the worst to be honest...

Considering I fell asleep in my Physics exam I'm not expecting too much. The others should be okay though, I'm just trying not to think about it.

What will you do if you 'fail' some of your subjects? Will you carry on? Drop some? Pick new ones up? Resit a lot?

Personally I'm thinking of taking the whole of A2 Further maths in one year, because business is very unreliable.

This might not be the perfect thread for this, but it's close, and I don't know how to start my own thread - can somebody tell me?

I honestly think I've done fine and I'm not even thinking about them right now. Inevitably I'll probably have a bit of a scare on the day though.

Confident overall, but I think I might have just missed out on an A* in physics (which I really wanted) :/

I know I'll get the grades I need, but not necessarily the ones I want. The amount of help my teachers have given me means that I'll feel guilty if I don't get A*s in their subjects.
This is exactly how I feel. That's why I want August 16th to hurry up, as I'm quite excited to see how I've done!

tbh i probably got an a in french (aw really wanted an A*), but i think i hopefully got a B or higher in RE eveen though it's probably more likely for me to have gotten a B/C. I feel sad and I want to know NOW, WHY DOES IT TAKE SO LONG FOR THEM TO MARK OUR PAPERS?

Maths I know I have my A* in as already taken C3,4 and got the requirements.

chemistry I'm hoping I do, but agree unit 5 wasn't as easy as some of the past papers. Don't think it was as hard as some say but agree it was tough.

further maths I took all the exams this season (FP1,FP2,FP3,FP4,S2,M2) but I think they went really well for the most part (perhaps with the exception of FP4 not being all I'd hoped :l) so hoping for an A* in that.

Physics 1,2,4 went quite well but applied unit C for aqa A2 bit me in the ass :/ I need A*A*AA for imperial so hoping even if I get a B in physics that what I hope are three A*'s will convince them to let me off as it kinda averages out :/

Overall, I think I know what I'll end up with but just hope it's enough. if not at least got Birmingham as insurance with 3 A's

And saaaame Art alevel took away my passion for art -.- it doesnt mean i dont appreciate it anymore tho, its just a pain in the ass as a subject! And yeah same! I didnt attend most lessons, done my books in 2 days straight with no sleep, only thing encouraging me to do it was MUST GET INTO UNI. :L lol, i needed an A in art, and she said i got the grade i needed for Uni, so, yay!

I have a bad habit of thinking it's gone really well and actually doing terribly, and vice versa. So right now I'm trying to convince myself I've failed, seems to have worked in the past :P

I'm getting my GCSEs does that count? I'm hoping to go to Cambridge in the future, and I want to think I'm 100% certain, but I am extremely stressed out. Those of you who have done GCSEs, any advice?

GCSEs do not matter for Cambridge, to put it bluntly. Maybe If you're applying for med but apart from that AS UMS is far, far more important. So don't worry about it.

I'm going to have failed Physics so I'm definitely dropping that... I just hope ICT and English didn't go too badly.
I don't want to wait much longer, I just want to know now.

Lancaster I need a B but it's not going to happen  I lost my passion for the subject too my sketch book has about 5 images in got an A in my first unit and then a D in my exam last year and now I think I got 2 C's in these units so it'll average at a C but it's my own fault
