Hey, I just wanted to ask something quickly, and forgive me if I am being totally stupid about this. Basically, because of exams, I haven't played Sims 3 in ages, so I decided that I will play it again today. I couldn't find the disc so thought I would start it up anyway, knowing that 99.999% it wouldn't work as you would normally have to insert the latest installed expansion pack disc. So, I was waiting for it to say that I would need to insert a disc, and I was surprised when it let me play normally without a disc in the drive! So, I was just wondering if this is some new thing that they have allowed recently where you don't have to insert a disc, or whether my computer is just being quite weird (but in a very handy way?!)
