    Extreme dizziness
I've been feeling extremely dizzy these past two days. My diet is fine and I'm always hydrated. I also get plenty of sleep. I however can barely stand because I feel extremely dizzy. Not fatigued but just dizzy. Imagine spinning several times and then trying to move. That's how I feel now.

I cannot go to a gp at the moment. I don't even know why I'm posting this but I guess someone can post beneficial information.

    Thank you very much.

Have you had any other viral symptoms? Hearing problems? Or any nausea/vomiting? Persistent double vision? Any parts of your body not working properly?

Make sure you have plenty to eat and drink, just rest at home, and it should resolve of its own accord.

If it doesn't improve within a day or two, I think it would be reasonable to call the GP for a home visit if you're too ill to make it to the surgery.

No other viral symptoms as far as I can tell. I sometimes have double vision but it's rather random and I don't think it can be attributed to this (it may though).

Did this happen to you randomly? I mean, I was sitting down using the pc then I felt extremely dizzy. I tried standing and I could barely get up.

    It is fairly common

I can't give you a reason for your symptoms but I've felt very very dizzy for the past 3 weeks. I've fallen down the stairs several times, it's getting a bit ridiculous. If you find out what causes it, do post it back on here
