Realise they are quite different. And I feel fortunate that I prefer how real women look. I honestly do. And "real women" is not a proxy for an overweight girl.

I always compare porn and sex to WWE and fighting. Porn is the WWE of sex. It is oversized. It is not to be tried at home. It is overdramatised. It is designed for the viewer.

I am sure porn is bad. Not because of any mental bull****. But because it teaches people poor technique.

It hasn't corrupted me, but I'd say it definitely made me a more 'sexual' person. I used to watch porn before I ever had sex so I suppose I was a bit dissapointed. I enjoy watching it now, but I realise that it's not real life. That said, I have certainly got some good tips for things I hadn't a clue about before like blowjobs and positions (I'm a girl btw!)

Exploitation is a different matter, and some form of regulation ought to be in place however the nature of the industry is largely responsible for that. I do however think it is sad that men watch porn and have unrealistic expectation of women and sex. I didn't have unrealistic expectations of men and sex despite watching porn for 5 years before trying sex. I do feel a lot of disdain at the sexual expectations I have seen in reality which correlate to pornographic influence. That and the way some men are so disappointed in women with less than DD (not all though!) and preference of the look of fake boobs. A women with natural upright breasts at the peak of youth still doesn't have upward facing symmetrical balls which a lot of boys I've spoken to like. It's media brain washing.

From a female use perspective though:

I'm probably one of those people that champion porn and think it is, from a sexual entertainment perspective, a very fulfilling and useful tool that aids many people in leading a satisfying albeit solo sex life. I like porn. However recently I have began to wonder if one is intrinsically ''into'' kinky/extreme/varied sex or whether this is just a product of pornographic conditioning.


There is so much stuff going about in the media about how it corrupts or screws up people and no doubt anything exercised out of moderation can **** you up but I never really thought porn was one of those things. I guess I use it ''responsibly'' - It does not take over my life. I think that it is just like most thrilling activities and not necessarily intrinsically harmful. The real question is: does porn unveil your true sexual taste, is that desire and arousal something that is suppressed and exists within you or is it something borne from watching porn and a corruption of what sex is really about. I believed the former, still do. But sometimes I wonder...

Hmm, if anything porn has made me view a wide variety of girls as I don't go to these typical porn star sites, so if anything, I already know every girl is different, and this is no bad thing

I've never had sex, but I don't tend to watch video porn. If I do, its not a male and female video I watch... The straight ones don't do anything for me.

Porn did very little to corrupt me, my view of women was moulded by my father and it was not a very positive view, the way he treats women has rubbed off on me and I do somewhat similar.

So yes, porn did nothing, father did a lot

1. Yeah I guess it bores me too but if you really like a person, you do it for them. Sex isn't enjoyable if you're both not enjoying it. I don't think a lot of guys realise initially how long it takes to get a woman off through foreplay. It depends on individual preferences too. Some women find it harder to have g-spot orgasms.
