I take your point and would probably agree. They were always just a little too 'working class and proud of it' for me. I mean, of course it's fine if you are, but it just got boring.

Bloc Party- check out 'Helicopter', 'Hunting For Witches' and 'Talons'
Doves- I like 'Darker' and 'Words' best
The Wombats-check out 'Moving To New York'
Franz Ferdinand- I suggest 'Ulysses'
If you like the artic monkeys you may like Miles Kane (Inhaler is a great track) or The Last Shadow Puppets
Muse- 'Map of The Problematique', ''Hysteria', 'Plug In Baby'
Radiohead- 'There There' 'Iron Lung' 'Vegetable' 'Electioneering', ANYTHING.
Porcupine Tree- 'Arriving Somewhere But Not Here', 'Trains' and 'anesthetize'
The Horrors- 'Still Life'

Great song, but not the best on the album in my opinion. Moving Further Away, Changing The Rain and I Can See Through You are all amazing!

Try some early Radiohead, 'The Bends' is a quality album, and even though it gets slagged as their worst album, 'Pablo Honey' is also a pretty decent indie record.
